This artwork belongs to the water dreaming series and reflects the patterns of raindrops on water. To me rain is part of the life giving cycles of water, essential to all life. It is also about reflecting the beauty of the natural world and the simplicity of patterns in the natural world.

Rain also symbolizes renewal, washing away the old, regeneration new growth, and fresh life. Many plants and animals reproduce after rain, the rain represents new life, hope and optimism.
