RETURNS POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your Shy Skin online order, we may offer an exchange or refund, provided our returns policy conditions are met.
The following conditions are applicable to all exchanges and refunds:
- Products must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.
- All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
- Hygiene stickers and swing tags must remain attached.
- Underwear must be worn when trying on swimwear. We may refuse returned items where we reasonably consider that this condition has not been met.
- Final sale items will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
- A flat postage fee of $5 per item will be charged for returns within Australia. For overseas orders, the customer will pay return postage.
Exchanges
If your garment does not fit as you expect, we will do our best to exchange it for you where possible.Β Contact UsΒ to discuss your requirements. Our team will advise availability for your exchange.
Refunds
We do not refund for change of mind, however, in the case of a genuine product fault we will provide a full refund including reasonable return postage cost.
